Recently, Team Leader of a systems change programme in Tanzania. i4idtz.orgideates and prototypes systems change approaches for scale impact, usingpolicy, advocacy, private sector innovation, and coalition building to tacklecomplex development challenges.

We made huge strides in -
- inclusive education, persuading government to adopt a new national signlanguage through schools, national TV broadcasters, Universities, Ministries,and teacher training colleges;
- safe water, prototyping GIS systems with water utilities to increase networkreach and connections, now rolling out nationally through industryassociations, regulators and government;
- menstrual health products, catalysing market innovations, new products,distribution strategies and policy reforms, to improve access, affordabilityand choice for poor women and girls.
- Dar es Salaam solid waste management, testing and scaling innovations withinformal waste collectors, companies, municipalities and national policymakers
- sub-national investment facilitation, prototyping a new type of regionalgovernment service to accelerate job creation.
