Luiana Temba

Luiana is an impact finance professional with expertise in financial inclusion and climate investing. She leads the Kenya office of iGravity, a global firm specializing in impact investing and innovative finance solutions. At iGravity, Luiana manages the Impact-Linked Fund for Eastern and Southern Africa (ILF ESA), a pioneering financing facility that provides outcome-based incentives to enterprises creating measurable social and environmental impact.

Her work involves structuring investment incentives that align financial returns with development outcomes, with a strong focus on supporting enterprises operating in underserved or climate-vulnerable regions.

Prior to joining iGravity, Luiana implemented development programs focused on gender equity and entrepreneurship. She later specialized in impact measurement and management (IMM), applying intersectional approaches to better assess and support social enterprises. Her experience spans NGOs, the United Nations, and the impact investing ecosystem.

Luiana’s work is primarily rooted in East Africa, and she is passionate about reshaping how capital flows, advocating for solutions that are locally grounded, inclusive, and transformative.
