Antoinette Tesha

Antoinette Tesha is the Investment Director of Trade Catalyst Africa or TCA. TCA is the commercial arm of TradeMark Africa, established to structure and execute blended finance for the development of trade infrastructure, finance strategic trade related enterprises, and trade finance for MSMEs. Trade Catalyst Africa is headquartered in Nairobi and has a continental investment mandate. Antoinette has extensive experience in financial markets, development financing, debt capital markets, and program management.

At Trade Catalyst Africa, she leads the execution of the investment strategy, overseeing deal sourcing, structuring, pre and post-investment management, fundraising, and investor relations. Her career spans various regions and roles, from her early days at Stanbic Bank in Tanzania to senior positions at ABSA Capital in South Africa, TIB Rasilimali, and most recently, Gatsby Africa, where she led the textiles and garment sector program.
