Isaack Shayo

Isaack Shayo is the Country Director of the Westerwelle Foundation in Tanzania, with seven years of experience leading entrepreneurship and innovation programs. He previously served as Senior Program Associate at Smart Lab and managed the first cohort of the Vodacom Accelerator. At Westerwelle, he leads programs supporting early-stage entrepreneurs and has overseen work with climate-tech startups through the AfroGreen program, in partnership with the Swiss Embassy. Isaack is passionate about building inclusive startup ecosystems and empowering youth-led innovation.
