He has over 20 years of experience incommercial banking, development finance and agricultural finance. Prior tojoining Aceli Africa in 2020, he served as Director of Corporate Banking at TIBCorporate Bank where he managed portfolio and business growth. He also held theposition of Head of Agricultural and Rural Finance at Financial SectorDeepening Tanzania (FSDT), overseeing large investments supporting capacity oflenders, SMEs, farmers, and rural households focusing particularly on newpractices and innovations, technical assistance, policies, regulatoryinitiatives, and microfinance development. Hepreviously held senior manager roles with NMB Bank Plc, Standard Chartered Bankand Tanzania Development Finance Ltd in corporate banking, SME and agribusiness,where he contributed to the growth of the business portfolios.
